How to setup a background in Zoom

  1. Download the official conference Zoom background file in your computer
  2. Open Zoom and click the Settings gear icon at the top right.
  4. In the settings window, click “Virtual Background.”
  6. In the “Choose Virtual Background” section, click the plus sign (+) to open File Explorer (Windows) or Finder (Mac).
  8. Navigate to the official Graduate Conference Zoom background image file on your
    computer and select it. Once it’s added to Zoom, it will appear in the background of all your video calls.
